Ivy Shop Refund/Cancellation Policies

To provide the best customer satisfaction, we provide the following solutions. 

Order Errors 

If you receive items that are different from what you ordered, please contact us. 

If you were charged for the wrong order:

  • For credit card payments, you will be charged based on the price of your correct original order without any additional fees. If the fee paid is greater than the item received please contact us to provide store credit for your order.
  • For cash payments, we will ask you to pay the difference if the order you mistakenly received costs less than your original order. If the order you mistakenly received is more expensive than your original order, we will refund the difference.

Order Incomplete 

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us.

  • You may ask for it to be delivered to you. 
  • You may ask for the item to be canceled. You must resolve the problem with the delivery driver while they are still at your location.

Item Dissatisfaction 

Refunds/ cancellations are only permitted for orders that arrive differently than what is stated on the receipt i.e.: missing items, or incorrect items.

Item Damages 

We are confident of the quality of our products. If an item were to arrive damaged, contact us. We may ask for proof that the item had arrived in damaged condition. 

We will then consider your request for a refund/ cancellation.

Delivery 

  • In the case that you submit the wrong delivery address and contact information, contact us before the order goes out for delivery. If you fail to do so, and your order is received by someone else, we cannot offer you a return or a refund.
  • In the case that you submit the wrong delivery address, but the correct contact information, contact us before the order goes out for delivery. If you fail to do so your delivery charges may be doubled. Your order may also arrive later than the agreed upon date.   

Cancellation Policies: 

  • It is not possible to cancel only part of your order. You may cancel the entire order, then reorder the items you still wish to receive. 
  • It is not possible to cancel an order after it is confirmed. 
  • We have the right to reject your order, as long as we notify you of this cancellation.
